• Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
• All shipments are sent via FedEx, Monday through Friday only. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day (typically Monday).
• For FedEx Overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (local time) to qualify for next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day.

Conditions:

• Cards must be presented at the time of the service to be redeemed. 
• The Umstead Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen gift cards or for gift cards purchased from any third party (ex. Facebook Marketplace). 
• Gift cards are non-refundable. 
• Cannot be resold
• Please review facility usage and fees for limitations. 
• Prices are subject to change without notice. 
• The Umstead reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and to administer the Gift Card program in its discretion.
• Not redeemable for cash except where required by law
